Last updated 12 October 2026. This notice covers the wamemba.me waitlist. The app will have its own full notice before it launches.

Who we are

Wamemba me is made by The Doxa Way Ltd, company number 16744139, registered office 108 Kings Road, New Haw, Addlestone, KT15 3BH, England. We are the data controller.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the date you joined, and the campaign tag in the link you used (for example "instagram"). This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like every website, our hosts (Vercel for the site, Supabase for the database) keep standard server logs, which include your IP address.

Why

To tell you when Wamemba me is ready and to send you occasional launch news. Our lawful basis is your consent. Before we send any launch news we email you once to confirm, and we only write to addresses that confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Where it is kept

In our database hosted by Supabase in London. We never sell your email or share it with advertisers. We delete it when you ask, or when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: emailhello@wamemba.me. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
